Daventry District Council

The Daventry District Council covers much of the Daventry Constituency. It covers the town of Daventry plus a number of nearby villages and rural areas. In all it covers 256 square miles of beautiful Northamptonshire countryside in which live some 73,000 people.

The Council is in the lowest 25% of district councils for Council Tax and is debt-free. It provides essential services supporting the day to day needs of residetns, businesses, visitors and others. It has been awared Beacon Council and Charter Mark status as well as ISO14001 and is Investor in People accredited.
